KOXA Return & Refund Policy
Please review our return and refund guidelines below,
At KOXA, we want you to love your skincare as much as we do. Due to any reason you are not fully satisfied with our products, we’re here to help. which apply to purchases made through our official website and authorized KOXA retail outlets.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be in their original packaging (including gift boxes).
Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date to the location directed by our customer care team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional giveaways.
Partial returns are not accepted. (Bundled sets or special edition packs).
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Upon receiving and verifying your returned product, our team will arrange a replacement product within 3-5 days in exchange for the item you purchased.
Refunds will be made according to the purchased type within 7–14 business days if a refund is chosen instead of an exchange.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable at any cause.
4. How to Return
For all purchases (online or in-store):

Your name and contact number
Invoice/order number and date of purchase
Pictures of the product(s) and the issue (defective, damaged, or other reason)
Our customer care team will review your request and guide you to the return location.
After sending the product to the directed location, our team will arrange the replacement. For any follow-up regarding your replacement, contact +94 777 485 485.
5. Important Notes
KOXA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
Loyalty or reward points earned on a returned purchase will be deducted upon refund.
Products returned without prior notice, outside the return period, or without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
