KOXA Return & Refund Policy

At KOXA, we want you to love your skincare as much as we do. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below, which apply to purchases made through our official website and authorized KOXA retail outlets.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns

Products must be in their original packaging (including boxes, seals, and labels).

Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Items must be returned within 21 days of the purchase date.

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional giveaways.

Bundled sets or special edition packs (partial returns are not accepted).

Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.

3.⁠ ⁠Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns will be processed for a refund or replacement based on your preference.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days after the product is received and inspected.

If your purchase included a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned to receive a full refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a KOXA error or a defective product.

4.⁠ ⁠How to Return

For all purchases (online or in-store):

Send a text message to 077 485 485 with the following details:

Your name and contact number

Invoice/order number and date of purchase

Pictures of the product(s) and the issue (defective, damaged, or other reason)

Our customer care team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

If approved, you will be asked to send the product(s) along with the original bill to the provided return address.

Once received and verified, your refund or replacement will be processed.

5.⁠ ⁠Important Notes

KOXA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Loyalty or reward points earned on a returned purchase will be deducted upon refund.

Products returned without prior notice, outside the return period, or without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
